  • 1) Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice and systems, validate processes, provide documentation and manage staff.

    2) Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications

    3) Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC inspections.

    4) Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties

    5) Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.

    6) Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identify and resolve problems, complete audits, determine system improvements, implement change etc.

    7) Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.

    8) Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses, identify critical control points and preventive measures, establish critical limits, monitor procedures, corrective actions verify procedures and monitor inventories.

    9) Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, document evidence, determine operational and performance qualification, write and update quality assurance procedures.

    10) Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, investigate customer complaints, collaborate with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods etc.

    11) Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.





    12) Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management, participate in educational seminars, read professional publications, maintain personal networks etc.

    13) Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    14) Identify the processes where the resulting output cannot be measured and deficiencies may be apparent only after product is in use.

    15) Welding process has been identified as such process

    16) Write down the details of process parameters in Welding process specification formats and organize to qualify the welding processes / welding operators.

    17) Organize to calibrate the machines and controlling instruments on it to ensure correct setting and measurement.

    18) Maintain record of qualified procedures and operators

    19) The welding process shall be maintained for suitable process parameters as specified in approved and qualified procedures.

    20) Re-validate the welder/ Welding process once in a year

    21) Maintain record for all type of Process of product Non-conformance / Corrective Action reports whenever any person from company notices non-conformance.

    22) Record non-conformance in the rework analysis register whenever any person from company notices non-conformance. If non-conformance is considered unacceptable the material shall be rejected and rejection status providing by tag with the word rejected and shall be kept in an identified area

    23) If required by contract, proposed rectification should be informed to customer, the end user

    24) In case non-conforming products are detected after delivery, Managing Director shall initiate appropriate actions.

    25) QC In-charge shall take up the trends of non-conformance in the MRM.

    26) Responsible for on job training to your subordinate.
